Great dealership and friendly staff, I highly recommend Raja Patel as your car salesman. Raja is very knowledgeable about most vehicles and is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He understands how difficult it can be to buy a vehicle and is always more than willing to put in the hard work to get you the right deal!

I can not say enough about this Mitsubishi Family, from Sales and customer service, thru Finance, they were extremely understanding when I changed my mind on the first deal, which is probably my error but when I explained the situation they responded with don't worry about, we'll take care of it, that they don't want anyone not happy or satisfied that was the exact words from the general manager Steve, and when I came back the next day, they had, even doing better then I had expected...I can not say enough about this team , they went above and I left feeling so good and extremely happy and satisfied, my salesman Chad, doesn't give up on you and really cares and tries hard to get you a good deal. Finance makes it so easy not where you spend along time there, all the paperwork done and makes it so easy. Thank You Gregory Mitsubishi family, I will definitely refer you guys and be back again...10 STARS

I went in looking at a used car and ended up driving home in a brand new car for cheaper! I worked with Chad, he did everything right. From showing me the cars to being knowledgeable on numerous makes and models. Easy painless process. Working with Chad and talking with the general manager Steve, eased me into a smooth transition to Ron in the business office. Highly recommend this establishment!

Kevin got me everything I was looking for and is a man of his word. In the past I got really screwed over by another Illinois dealership and vowed to be more careful and tough on these car salesman. Kevin and the finance manager Steve made it so easy for me to get my new car that it was almost effortless. They kept their side of the agreement and went above and beyond to help me out. I was very happy how they treated me. Kevin my salesman listened to everything I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and respectful to me. Steven the finance manager was awesome!!!! He went above and beyond explaining things to me. I bought my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SEL and love it. I will definitely buy another car from Gregory Mitsubishi as well as refer friends.

I later returned to get a few small things fixed the vehicle and he took amazing care of me again to get them ironed out. Great dealership w/ huge selection. Came in looking for a reasonably priced car for my son (graduation gift). Found exactly what I was looking for in a Nissan Rogue. Kevin was very nice and helpful, listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. Financing was a breeze, was in and out of dealership in less than 2 hours. I will be doing business with them again when my daughter graduates soon.

Great new dealership that worked really hard to get us the right vehicle at the right price. We had our eye on a particular car, which turned out to be just what they advertised. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car, the customer service was amazing and the cars were priced very reasonably. I went there with my eyes set on one car and when I told them that they didn’t try to sell me anything more expensive or something they wanted to get rid of. Overall they were very accommodating and I would be very happy to go back and buy another car from them. Rick Angel, the general manager, and Cynthia were specifically helpful and gracious and made the inspecting and buying process a breeze.

Excellent Customer service all around from the sales associate to the GM all the way through the process to the F&I manager. We came to look at a used car for our son who was buying his first car. The way the entire dealership handled the transaction was phenomenal. They explained the entire process to him, was honest, and patient. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Gregory Mitsubishi.
