We bought a car for my mom at Gregory Mitsubishi. Not only we got a great price and a great interest rate but the people, in particular Michael and Fernando were very nice and knowledgeable. My mom did not want to drive the car back, as it was 80 miles from our house and it was highway, so Michael volunteered to drive the car to our house the same day we purchased it. That was extremely kind of him. Great dealership! WOW!

first of all let me start by saying that this is not the old staff that was in this facility before!!.it's a whole different staff managers and salesperson.. the salesman was incredibly helpful understanding patient and extremely friendly..It was one of the most pleasurable customer service I ever experienced in a dealer I have purchased other vehicles in other dealers before but this experience with Mitsubishi of lake villa was excellent..they didn't bother me or force me to get anything.. they were very understanding about me looking at other Dealers..the sale person never badged the other company or dealer..just understanding and even after i test drive one of there vehicles and not sure if i was getting one from them the finance manager still gave us a great treatment even let us sit in the massage chairs and have coffee..definitely I recommend Gregory Mitsubishi of lake villa to everybody..thank you guys

Not a great time to shop for a car. This is the only dealership who had a car in stock, had the car ready for the appointment, and had a great car (Outlander) in our price range. Nat was wonderful to deal with and we were contacted the next day to help us set up some tech features. Similar cars were at least 7-10K more. The styling is really great - Looks a little like a Land Rover. We are thrilled.

I’m so glad I was able to work with Fernando. He is extremely helpful and informative about the cars and the buying process. I love that he was straight forward with everything . And he never made false promises like other’s in the car business… I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good experience and Great Vehicle! And I love my new Truck…

Working with Michael was an absolute pleasure! Michael was extremely helpful and kind in the overall process of car buying. He made sure that I absolutely loved the car before buying it to make sure that what I drove for the next several years would be the right decision for me and I wouldn’t get tired of it. The entire process was as stress free as possible and as being a new car owner it was very kind and it showed that he was very understanding as well. Bought a used pickup last week, Fernando and Oscar answered all my questions, reviewed the options on vehicle, and made it easy to buy. Joey did the paperwork in record time. I would do business with these folks again.

I just bought my suv from them. They are so nice so friendly and very caring. They would talk about anything while we were waiting on numbers to come back or if we were waiting for something else. They were so thorough on explaining paperwork to us so we would understand better. They were also very friendly.

The manager of the service department was very helpful and friendly. The sale associates were laid back and respectful. I was able to walk around the show room while I waited on my car to get serviced and did not get bothered by them. I'll be coming back to the place next time I need service.

GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE Raj was an exceptional salesman. This is my second purchase with Gregory Auto Group and they made it an easy process. Raj and Steve made the numbers work. The entire team worked late until the deal was done.

I have been looking for a car for years now and could never find the one I wanted, until I ran into Raj and he found it in less than two weeks! He is a great salesman, has really good social skills and knows how to work with people and get exactly what they want. Top notch type of guy.

I just purchased a 2020 Mitsu Outlander Sport this past weekend. I worked with Chad and he was fantastic. He was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. He knew what I was looking for and they were able to structure a deal for me that I just couldn't pass up. I had a few questions and called Chad-- turned out to be his day off---but he called me back immediately. Customer service was wonderful. The day I picked up the car--I was in and out within 30 minutes tops. Smooth and easy. Thanks, Chad!

After having visited a couple of dealerships that used bait and switch tactics to get me to visit, I'm so glad that I found a vehicle with Gregory Mitsubishi. Chad, Steve, and Ron were all very friendly; not like the typical pushy salesmen. They recently had a change in management and replaced all their personnel with a more customer friendly approach. Their salespeople are salaried, not commission. My experience is as follows: I saw online a Chrysler Pacifica that fit my search criteria and called them to ask if the vehicle was available. Steve was very helpful in answering my questions and agreed to come in early the next day to show me the vehicle. After the test drive, they let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it checked out, even though I lived 35 miles away. After a good inspection, I took it back that evening and worked with Chad and Ron on purchasing the vehicle. They helped me find a low interest loan. The only other fees are the standard tax, title, license, and documentation fees. I did point out that the car key battery and wipers needed replacing, and they agreed to fix those. The rest of the process went smoothly as well. Since I came with my other vehicle, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to my house after finishing the detail work. Overall, I think you will have a pleasant experience at this dealership.

I visited the dealership for safety recall and oil change. However, I was probably misunderstood and the oil change was not done at all. Have to make another appointment. After the general manager contacted me they did their best to provide excellent experience and great customer care! Everything was fixed very fast! Definitely would be using their services and would recommend Gregory Mitsubishi to my friends and family. Thank you!

After months of research I finally found the car I wanted for the right price! Chad was great from the very beginning. He was working with multiple customers at once and still gave me incredible service. He put a plate on the car I was looking at and let me drive it myself which was nice. Having that freedom to take mental ownership was awesome. As soon as I got back I got the pricing on the vehicle and I couldn’t pass up the deal. Couldn’t be happier with my 2020 Eclipse Cross! I’m going to be a lifelong customer of Chad’s wherever he goes! Great guy! Couldn’t be more appreciative of how patient he was with me asking a million questions! Him having all the answers helped put me at ease. Highly recommend working with Chad!

As a first time car buyer I didn’t know what to expect until I worked with Chad. He was upfront about everything. Most definitely a learning experience for me.
