He made sure I was well taken care of when I step into his office he had, he Offered me beverages and showed me around the dealership. When Tony and I were discussing what I wanted and what I could afford I knew he was going to point me in the right direction. By the end of it all he showed me a collection of quality trucks and I picked the one I liked best out of all of them . He got me a good deal! He wasn’t gunna quit until he did.   • Good experience. I had my Jeep in for an oil leak. Service writers were pleasant, verified that the repair would be covered under warranty and even said they would take care of a recall for the airbag (even before I got the notice from FCA in the mail). The only reason for not giving 5 stars...the lack of a courtesy vehicle. My repair took two days and it would have been great to have a vehicle. I was told that I was not authorized a courtesy vehicle as I didn't purchase my Jeep at Bob Weaver. That would seem to be an incentive for me to have my services done at another dealer. If you leave me feeling very satisfied, I am more likely to purchase my next vehicle with you. If I need a courtesy vehicle to get to work and another dealer provides that, I'm more likely to buy again from them. I have two Jeep Wranglers...and my next vehicle will be a Jeep Wrangler. Who will get my business?

  • Went to take my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited for service and came home with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited ! I dealt with Rob Gerber on both our Jeep's. While I was there I just simply asked Rob Gerber was there any great deals on a lease he said have a seat and we will see what we can do for you. I was looking for a lower monthly payment that was the key factor. Rob goes above and beyond giving you a great customer service experience. Rob spent most of that day (it was his day off)getting all the paperwork ready and also had exactly what we would need down and what are payments would be. Rob did all this due to my husband's work schedule knowing that my husband is restricted to having time to drive to Pottsville and not being able to spend hrs going over the paperwork. Rob called us when everything was ready to be signed and we came up all we needed to do was go over the numbers to be sure this is what we wanted and sign away. We wouldn't deal with anyone else but Rob Gerber he is caring, understanding and is also compassionate about his job. He truly makes sure the customer comes first. Rob spent hrs on this deal and in the end we couldn't be happier..Thank you Rob Gerber for making me extremely happy.

  • Not happy with Bob Weavers service department lack of attention to detail. Shortly after purchasing my 2018 Silverado from them. My engine was having power surging issues and occasionally a misfire occurred on cylinder #8. Bob Weavers was so concerned with my airaid intake baffle replacement being the problem they overlooked the obvious cause. I took my truck back home with no solution and had to find the problem myself. After 5min of inspection the problem was staring me in the face. Cylinder #8 spark plug wire was rubbing on the firewall and grounding out. If it was that obvious for me to find. Why couldn't the trained mechanic find the issue. My $50,000. Plus the purchase of an extended warranty was not enough to buy a higher level of confidence in my service department. At this point I'm very disappointed. Update: 11/22/19 I was contacted by the service manager Chris today. He was very understanding of my frustration and promised to make things right. We were quickly able to come up with a way of compensating me for my expenses for repairs.

  • I was a little nervous about the 1st time at Bob Weaver's, I did not see the vehicle I was interested in and they said they could do no more, about a week later I got a second message saying that all the vehicles were and a good sale price and they suggested a particular stock number and that's the one I was interested in as well, they were able to make it a smooth transition for the purchase and pick up. The tire pressure light would not turn off, so they took care of the sensor the next day free of charge. They were so great in keeping me updated on the progress and working with my insurance company. I am completely happy with their customer service and repairs.   • Last Week I came home with a 2020 Jeep Compass limited. I love ❤️ my new Jeep !!! When I went down to the lot I was met by Christopher Charest and he’s was the best !!!! He helped me go through all my options and I had a lot of fun. I already knew what I wanted and he set right to work finding me exactly that even though they didn’t have it on the lot. He found me my car within a day, he negotiated a deal with the other lot, and had gotten it to the dealership to get ready for me. I was so pleased with my trade in value. No haggling required. A better deal then those nonsense online let us bring it right to your door. I’m an RN and I understand the fears surrounding this virus but they do everything to keep it so your comfortable and safe so no need to be afraid to go online and miss this amazing experience. When it was time to sign the paperwork no pushing into extra options just gave you the options and let you decide. What an amazing place. I will be going there for all my cars.   • I called Bob Weavers looking for a car. I was referred to Alex by Mr.Shields. He was very helpful. I wanted to come in and see what my options were although I was unable to make the apt, Alex ran some numbers over the phone and did a lot of back and forth to get me right in my price range. We came into the office the next day and Alex was very helpful and actually got me an even better deal than what we discussed over the phone. Harrison and Sharon (Business Manager) were both so very helpful. Sharon had the paper work already for me to sign when I got to the office and Harrison assisted. Brought my sons car in last month (been parked for 6 months) had a laundry list of things needed for it to get inspected Jason and his boss Ryan walked me through all the things it needed and pointed out all the stuff they personally wouldn't do and assured me my kid was gonna be driving a safe car. My salesman Nate Snyder worked with me step by step to come up with a solution to get me in my new Jeep. After the Jeep came in I needed to take care of signing papers to get on the road. He came in early so that we were not inconvenienced with our work schedule and had all paperwork ready to go. Nate was highly recommended and I see why.   • I went down Monday morning to Bob Weaver Auto in need of a car that day. I met up with a man by the name of Jack Killian who started helping me find a car. He was extremely helpful and patiently answered the barrage of questions I kept asking. He did his best to work with me and in the end, he found me a great car that was within my budget to afford that was better than the car I originally was looking to purchase.
