This is actually my second time going back to bob weavers to get work done to my vehicle due to someone/something hitting me and I will continue to go back to them! They did an amazing job with my traverse! The work they did was amazing, communication was fantastic, as well as they were very understanding and helpful! A deer thought it would be fun to play chicken in the road and run into the front driver side of my vehicle. I will say they were able to get me in right then and there where other shops wanted me to wait almost 3 weeks just to drop my vehicle off. thank goodness for bob weaver because I had a family vacation planned the following weekend with my children and driving my car 5+hr away the way it was, was not ideal at all (missing headlights, crack in the windshield fluid). So I appreciate them taking me in right away and doing what needed to get done! They were very good at keeping me up to date every step of the way. Once I picked my car up she looked brand new outside and even inside with the interior cleaning they did without me even asking!
