Unfortunately, my vehicle required collision repair after being hit by a garbage truck. My Highlander was returned to me in perfect condition. Communication during the entire process occurred 3 times a week. I highly recommend them if you're unfortunate enough to need collision work done

This was my first dealings with Bob Weaver Auto Chevy dealership in Pottsville Pa. I would highly recommend them for your new or used car purchase. From my first contact from Kaitlin then working with my salesman Steve Eckley my sales experience was top notch. Dealing with Steve was a great experience and even though it is an hour away I will travel to work with him and his team in the future if the need will arise.

I cant give a bad review for the dealership, but I can give a bad review for their salesman David. After discussing purchasing a jeep, Dave expressed that we should come out and we can discuss further in person. After spending an afternoon before hand going to a bank and getting a certified check, me and my gf both took off of work early to make the 1.5 hour drive there, both leaving work and driving out there separately, both of us coming from two diffferenet places of work. And having to pick up my 4 year old son from daycare early, the total time investment before i even got there was half a day of effort. When i got there, the Jeep was pulled up front and ready, however nobody even took 5 minutes to wipe it down, it was extremely dirty, and the black panels on the jeep were extremely sun faded. The Vehicle was a 2024 with only had 1900 miles on it. The first thing i said was "wow, that is really faded, i am not trying to beat you up on the price, but i wasnt expecting it to be faded like that". Dave said very sternly " well your not going to beat me up on the price, the price is the price". I asked if this was a trade in. And Dave told me how the used market is different now, its a very hot market and very competitive. From the first minute there i felt unwanted. I took my 4 year old son into the restroom, so we he could use the restroom after the 1.5 hour drive, and we left....would never go there again, an would especially never purchase anything from Dave. PS. I believe the universe speaks through people, and the universe spoke clearly, we should not buy a vehicle from here. PS i asked a mechanic while walking through the parking lot where the restroom was, he was sooooo pleasant. Maybe dave should take some lessons.

Brian was absolutely great to work with. He made the process a breeze. Best car I ever owned. Absolutely in love with my car. I’ve been getting so many compliments from neighbors and friends. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.

John was an amazing person to deal with while looking for a new vehicle. He was helpful from the very first step all the way to the end signing the papers. John’s personality made buying the car 100x better! I absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car, he was amazing!

Awesome experience! We tried Bob Weaver’s Ram dealer after an unpleasant experience at Quakertown Mitsubishi. We spoke to Christina about our interest in one of their pre-owned vehicles. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about driving a great distance to work with them. We had some specific warranty questions so she had Nate gave us a call back. He was very professional and not pushy. He answered our questions and worked out a reasonable deal getting us in a vehicle we love. My wife and I left there happy and grateful! We will go back in the future! Thank you Nate!!

Had an accident earlier this month, brought it to bob weaver collision and couldn’t have had a better experience. Ryan explained the process to me much better than even my insurance did. He had an estimate made in less than 48 hours and work was completed quickly even with the amount of work it needed. My car looks amazing and drives perfect. I’d recommend going to them for any collision/service needs.

Bob Weaver Chevrolet not only provides a great experience in the service department with knowledgeable and courteous staff, but I also spoke to sales, Tyler. Tyler was courteous and professional but nice and listened as he asked if I was interested in an upgrade from my Equinox. I checked out used cars and he found one just right for Lee and I to purchase. Now the proud owner of a GMC terrain, beautiful car, low milage, and great price. Thank you, Tyler !!
